450W Antec PSU

Specs:
2.13GHz Duo Core
MSI P965 Platinum
2GB RAM
NVidia 7900GS

When I press the power button it starts up and quickly dies. (EX: the fans spin up, power looks like it cuts, then they all continue to spin.) There are no beeps emitting and there's just a blank screen. Any suggestions?

Antec power supplies are going down hill, I would perfer to get the corsair 520 or 620;)

It seems you might have a bad motherboard, you power it on, nothing comes up on the screen and yet system is "running." Believe me, that was a painful one to learn (over a month for me to figure it out).

450 watts ought to be plenty for that setup.

Have you been running like this for awhile or is it a brand new build you are trying for the first time? If it is new try clearing you CMOS on the motherboard, then try booting it with first one stick of memory then the other. Unplug any USB devices while you are trying this as they sometimes get in the way of the power up sequence.. Unplug all the hard drives too so they are out of the picture for now.
