ga-965p-ds3 pci-x 16 ?

Hi. I was wondering if the gigabyte GA-965P-DS3's pci-x16 slot has 8 or 16 "true lanes"?

the only time you will really see one with less is with budget boards like the asrock dual-vsta, and in some ecs ones i believe, or in some sli configurations where it goes x8x8 (like the 650i but the 680i has x16x16)
