Hi,

I'm seeing some streaky flickering vertical lines when playing my T2 Extreme edition WMV HD 720P file at native 1680*1050 rez. I'm using nvidia 5700LE card with latest nvidia drivers. (My panel is made in Mexico - Jan 2007 a03 rev).

Can you please try playing 720P and 1080P samples from this site and post your results with the sample name (720P/1080P) and video card you are using? :D

I hope it is not too much to ask. I don't know if my panel is faulty or perhaps it is my video card causing this

TIA

Its your card/driver, source or player

I played downloaded the simpsons trailer in 1080p last night and it ran fine.

I played downloaded the simpsons trailer in 1080p last night and it ran fine.

Finally I got it to work, but I had to disable using overlays in WMP11:
options -> performance -> Advanced -> under Video Acceleration I had to switch from 'use overlays' to 'use high quality mode', by doing that I was able to play 1080p (1440*1080) samples from Micorsoft site along with my T2 1080P (1440 * 816) movie ;-) 720P (1280*720) samples were playing fine before changing above settings. So I guess it must be my video card/driver afterall :D

thx

How do you like your 2007WFP overall? Any flaws I should know about before purchasing? After looking at the monitor market, comparing features to sizes to prices, I think overall the 2007WFP is the best bang for your buck, and has some really nice features to boot!

looks great on both my monitors :)

It is very nice display. I might return it, and buy HP LP2065 instead (if it comes with S-IPS panel) ....I would prefer 4:3 lcd.... :D

How much did you buy yours for, and are you in the USA?

I live in Canada and I bought through Costoca Online for whopping $470 CDN (including 4th and 5th exchange warranty).... so it wasn't cheap.... overall the prices of LCDs in Canada are higher then in States, I would buy my LCD from states but shipping costs are the killer
