My connection dies after x minutes and I cant get it back at all. ipconfig/renew and release doesnt get it back. It'll say "connectivity issues blah blah".

Only solution is to restart. Is the onboard nic dead/dying?


tried to search but couldnt come up with anything.

i have the same mobo .
i was told NOT to install the nv firewall . its buggy .
ive had this board about 9 months now . no problems .
bios 1010 . i did upgrade the chipset drivers .
you can get those from the nvidia website .

bleh, it was my firewall (sygate personal firewall) blocking 192.168.0.1 (my router) for 5 mt intervals for doing port scans. pretty funny.
