This may be old news for some, but...  .

Draws its power from the Xbox 360's unique A/V port, so no a-la-Nyko-cooler horror stories here :D.

Product Benefits Summary:
* 3 in 1 high definition, USB hub and cooler
* VGA, Component and S-Video connections
* Optical output for digital surround sound
* 4-port USB hub for connecting extra devices
* Internal cooling helps keeping X360 running cool
* Easy installation - plug in and go
* A/V scart cable supplied for standard definition TV connection

Actually, I'd guess that it's drawing power from USB, not the AV port.

Either way, looks like the best "cooler" solution I've seen so far.

Is it available anywhere, and what is the price? If it isn't too expensive it could be a steal for anyone who wants VGA but doesn't have the VGA cable yet.

We have it in Australia already, and it's dirt cheap here. Haven't tried it myself though.

that thing is badass...

Nice product for people stuck with Core 360's I guess

I've heard a lot of horror stories about the Nyko cooler...so, a bit standoffish with this one. Though, very cool.

only buy it if it has its own power supply
i agree. it is definitely an improvement over the nyko cooler, but i still don't see how much safer it could be over the nyko cooler without having its own power supply.

USB interface chips cannot source a lot of power.. so i can see a problem with that...

Well, USB ports are meant to power devices, it simply acts as a USB hub.

As for the A/V connections, it feeds off the signal from the console and simply passes through the video/sound data.

I'd imagine on the side we cannot see in the picture, there are connectors that lead from the cooler-device to the USB, ethernet, and A/V ports on the back of the 360, thus simply acting as extensions to the ports that already exist.

That's not the official word on it, but that's the only logical way to imagine it.

when will they be available in the US?

I'm using a laptop cooler right now for my X360
