That last squirt of AS5 is useless!

I redid my paste 2 times using the last little drops in my AS5 tube. Just couldnt get the temps down and my overclock suffered. Found my other tube hiding in a desk. Used it and hot dang, 12*C drop. Back to 1.5vcore at 2.7

*note, they didn't look any different than as5 usually looks.

Doesn't sound right to me man.
 
AS5 website says the substance dissociates in the bottom of the tube, that's why.
 
or that other tube could have been fake AS5 (even if you ordered both from the same place) I had a few fake tubes before, side by side you can barely tell the difference.
 
Arctic Silver is some of the most overpriced snake oil I've ever seen. But I'm glad you've got the results you wanted.
