User rights problem?

Hello Everyone,

I have a question fro yoy.
I have created one user a normal user through which i can log on remotely.now i want to give this user rights whcih prevent this user from accessing My computer,My network places, all programms, windows explorer .etc...how can i do this for this normal user.

any idea?...plz send me yr thoughts .
