Ram fails orthos within 1 min ram at default voltage??

So my 2.1volt ram fails orthos set at its specified voltage of 2.1 and doesnt fail till over an hour on 2.0?!Still trying to get my overclcok stable but why would running 2.1cause errors?Ram is 2GB (2x1GB) CorsairTwinX XMS2, DDR2 PC2-6400 (800), 240 Pins, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 4-4-4-12, EPP, also I cant run at those timing or comp wont boot, have to run 5-5-5-16. Motherboard is p5b-e and chip is 6400, thermaltake toughpower 650watt psu.

this is the thing im not certain it isnt the mobo either.This mobo has an insane vdroop setting to 1.5 gives 1.38volts under load!Post screen also sees my ram as PC4300 when its ddr800
 
ahh before you RMA your ram, can you set everything to default and try to run orthos in blend test?

Ran at default still got errors within 2 minutes!So i took 1 stick out and tried 3 times with same stick , errors within 1 minute, tried the other stick works fine at stock and and overclocked an hasnt failed orthos once, RMA Time!
