HTPC Conroe motherboard?

Are there any good conroe mobo's for HTPC use my searches have come up empty?

Requirements:
mATX
2 PCI
1 PCIe 1x
1 PCIe 16x
Decent on board video (ATI or Nvidia) with DVI
S/PDIF out

My MSI Nvidia 6150 based socket 939 board works great, but I have a e6300 that is sitting in my file server that I want to move to htpc duty but can;t find a good board.

My alternative is a board mATX board with the slots I want and a low profile DVI video card.

Check out the boards from Intel, look on Intel.com, and you should be able to find what you need. FYI the GMA3000 onboard video perfroms VERY well... better than most integrated graphics from nVidia or ATI at the moment.

There are plenty of good 965G Micro ATX boards out, but none which offer any O/Cing options.
