I am running it at auto and turbo on the screen where it lets you ocerclock. How do I know how fast the mem is running. Under system info it says the fsb is 1066. I want to make sure my corsair 444412 mem is running at ddr2-800 as it should. I have it set to read the spd which should set it up according to what the mem can handle right? When I POST it says that my mem is in dual channel mode but it says its pc2-5300 or pc-5300. What should I set all the manual settings to so it runs that way? Also, is there a utility I can use to show me how fast the mem is running once I have the o/s up? And lastly what should I use for benchmarks? Is there 1 software I can buy that will give me system info like me and cpu bus speeds, the mem cas settings, and performance tests? Thanks everyone.

Hi mm00659,

I have the same motherboard and memory speed. Here's what you need to do to set it to the right speed:

1. Go to the BIOS and open the Advanced section
2. Open the Jumperfree Configuration section and then set the AI Overclocking to Manual
3. Go down to DRAM Frequency and change its value to DDR2-800

Save the BIOS settings and then exit and restart. When you hit TAB to see the POST screen it should show that the memory is running at PC6400 speeds.

The program that I sometimes use is called Sisoft Sandra and it's available from HERE

I hope this helps.

Cheers.

Halo14, did you leave your mem voltage at auto or did you put it at 2.1? I ask because I found a post on another site that recommends everything you said plus setting the voltage to 2.1. It was by some guy called ramguy who I think works for Corsair. Has your system been stable? Thanks

Hi mm00659,

I leave the memory voltage at stock and I haven't had any issues. The computer has been rock solid with this configuration and I don't overclock at all.

Cheers.
