Post a screenshot of your linux!

If that is actually OSX, how did you change the theme colors and such? I just started using OSX, and I would love to know how to make it a little more appealing than either blue or grey colors :D

shapeshifter from unsanity (www.unsanity.com)

candybar and pixadex from the icon factory (iconfactory.com)

theres other haxies you can get from unsanity as well like mighty mouse to change your pointers as well as silk to change up all your fonts and enables core image font rendering across the os.

OSX is on top of Darwin which is a form of BSD.

That's great.

Heres a thread for OS X screenshots.

http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=875119&highlight=screenshot

Hence why I noted OS X is not Linux and OS X screenshots do not belong in here.

Since I'm sure some of you will protest, let me take the analogy further.
While you might have an item for sale, and by any standard it may be a hot deal, your post belongs in the for sale forum, not in the hot deals forum.
Likewise, while OS X's underpinnings may be based on BSD, Apples have their own forum and their own thread to deal with OS X screenshots, and therefore they do not belong in here.
Same as FreeBSD + Xwin screenshots do not belong in the OS X screenshot thread.
You wouldn't post technical help questions regarding OS X in here, why screenshots?

The title of this forum is "Linux/BSD/Free Systems". The title of this thread is "Post a screenshot of your linux!".

Again:
http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=875119&highlight=screenshot

The title of ^^ this forum is "Apple Products". The title of this thread is "Show off your OSX desktop?"

They are not spam. They are legitimate money-making business opportunities, dear sir.

When I get my computer back up I'll post a screeny.
