Anyway, what does "rendered a real chick" mean? It's not like she has a polygon count that they can check against. If it's the same "looks life-like" claim then we have been hearing that for years now. Don't get me wrong, I can't wait to see what the G80 can do but this just seems like market bullcrap.

I too was looking forward to some more pics of the card, but she's hot too... I'd rather jerk-off to the card though... (there is a much better chance that I will own the card...which is so much better than a pic... :)
I just cant wait for some benchmarks on this puppy...
 
I still fail to see how them paying a pr0n star is going to convince me to purchase a g80?! I think they should pay their engineers more, who are likely working their butts off to make better GPUs. Paying them well, may actually translate into increased performance, paying the pr0n star just makes the card more expensive for me to buy. There is ZERO value added. Gosh darn, I hate marketing.

I imagine nvidia having side by side comparisons of the model filmed in hd, live on stage and real-time rendered. At the last GeForce lan to open up their presentation they had Nalu give a real time speech controlled/puppeted via a woman in some sort of control suit.

Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within was a whiles back, so I'm thinking that rendering cg actors has come a whole lot farther.

I wish i had some LSD...like back in the 60's when Ken Kesey handed out rewards for passing the acid test...the good ol' days.

On another note, i think ATI will trump nVidia when they release demos of TWO, not one but TWO lifelike fat chicks fondling each others love handles! complete with realistic blubber animation and celluloid deposits!

All hail ATI for bringing life-like fat people to the masses! :p

A silicone chip is put to render silicone implants!

I just wish they used the new technology in games, too. The games still look very basic compared to the graphic chip demos (Nalu, Ruby, Mad Mod Mike). I know, only a few people would be able to play those games at that graphic level. Thanks to integrated graphic chips and old machines.
 
Bring on these Playboy games and the X-rated Sims!

I loved Kingpin the original PC game.. it was almost X-rated.. maybe Kingpin 2 can finally be released because of this!

Now Duke Nukem Forever can have "strippers based on real life".. and we'd be free to do with the strippers as we please (and nobody is looking, literally!). :D

well, there's always more than one model in one edition of playboy isn't there, so it's not necessarily Cassandra Lynn (who was probably the most easily searchable). Adrianne Curry looks to be more appropriate anyway - rendered breasts are fake enough without using a model with fake breasts as well.
