I'm just curious. We were learning about it in our security class. The
only people I know who use it constantly are a few professors at my
university (FSU).

I encrypt stuf with GNUPG that I don't want anyone snooping around in... I know my Credit Union PGP encrypts data transmissions to their processors etc.

However, most people don't value their email that much.

I use PGP where I work. We have it set up in batch jobs to automatically encrypt and e-mail our end of day trades to some of the people who manage them.

It's very useful and very easy to use. Also a good thing to learn.
