I'm moving away soon and can't justify a second PC, so I'd like to offer my fellow [H]ers an opportunity to get a foundation for a great Mini-ITX HTPC setup for a great price.

The chassis was used for about 2 years and suffered some light surface wear on the top surface (a 20-inch LCD rested on it). Otherwise, the chassis is in good shape. It's a great platform for an HTPC because it accomodates a 3.5" hard drive (or a 2.5" drive, if you prefer), unlike many ITX cases.
Also included is the original 60-watt power supply and external AC adapter, a 90 degree PCI riser, ATX cable for the motherboard and drives, and all necessary hardware. The chassis will ship in its original foam-padded shipping box.
I'm asking $100 USD plus shipping costs, or best offer.

Panasonic CW-8123-B DVD/CD-RW slimline combo drive (pictured above)

This slimline drive can read DVDs at 8x, burn CD-Rs at 24x, etc. It's a nice slot-loading drive which complements the sleek profile of the chassis nicely. The drive also comes with the nifty desktop IDE adapter which gives you a standard 40-pin IDE connector and floppy-style 4-pin power connector.
I'm selling the drive for $40 USD for the drive + adapter only (plus shipping costs), or $30 USD if you also purchase the chassis. I recommend buying the two together, especially for an HTPC setup. It's a great way to get started.

I will ship by USPS from my ZIP code of 55418 using Delivery Confirmation, but I'd gladly entertain other options. Shipping costs will be negotiated with the buyer and will be based on location and any options the buyer would like (e.g. insurance). I will ship to all 50 states and Canada only.
