OCZ 2 Gig PC2 6400 Gold EL memory

I just ordered all the parts for my conroe build. I'm not a big overclocker, so i wasn't worried about the latency. But i have seen people having problems with all sorts of ddr2 and it not working in the MB because of the voltage problems. I se ethis is a 2.0v memory. Will i have any problems with it not recognizing in the Intel 975x Bad Axe?

Every ddr2 board will do 2.0 volts. You should be ok but that said if you do bump into troubles check on OCZ forum and it will sorted out .

I had a similar problem with my last OCZ golds but it was sorted by relaxing the timings and then later on tightening them after the board gets used to it.

I heard the bad axe isn't a great OC board. I originally had an e6600 ordered with it but they shipped the MB and then told me the processor wasn't coming til the 25th so i cancelled the processor and got an e6400. Will the 975x handle an OC of around 2.7ghz with the OCZ memory?
