OEM - thats probably the way most people will be getting them the first few weeks.

IE: a lot easier to throw 1000 chips in a tray, than to package them up with HSF, papers, etc... And they probably alotted them that way to keep the big OEM's (Dell, HP, etc) happy, but some people like Tiger Direct, ClubIT, etc.. are going to be able to get a tray (or partial tray) here or there
 
Added a bunch to cart and it adjusted to 117, so they have a bunch. Get 'em while there hot!!
 
A year though, it looks like I'll bite. My xbox360 is short 90 days like AMD OEM. I can't have this kind of money wrapped up in things with 90 day warranties. This I'll go for it looks like I'll go for it.
 
Well who needs stock HSF any ways, save your self some money. There is nothing going to happen these chips. Tell me how many of you have ever RMA the chip?
 
Done. Now I need ram, and my first intel box since a P100 will be complete.

P5W DH Deluxe, E6600, and new Ram, then I'll bring my sparkle, HD's, Scythe Ninja, CF x1900's, and X-Fi along for the ride. :D
 
I have had about 100 CPU's in the past, never once RMA'd one.
I bought one also. Thanks for the tip.

Already picked mine up the second they went into stock. I also spoke with someone at ClubIT and they said it would be shipping today! :) :) :)

What heatsink are you guys putting with this? I've been reading and it seems it would go well with a Scythe Ninja and 120mm fan. I'm planning on using an Antec p180 case, and a review I read used the same and it worked perfectly.

Now to buy every other part. The p5w dh will be the hardest to track down.

Edit: I'm gonna use a si-128 probably. That baby is sweeet. (and huge!)

Nevermind I just realized what he meant... try to add 100 of them to your cart and however many are actually left is what will go in your cart.

Ninja cooled my Opty fine so thats what I will use. I didn't have to mount it permanent on my NF4, didn't have to use the sticky backplate. Is that always necessary for 775? Hope I can do that again.

I gotta get memory for this and a DH. What memory you guys going to use?
