The distribution IS at the bottom. This is the collector. Those six valves are the returns from the six cooling loops he is going to have. There are two outlets on the bottom that will be going to the rad(s) and then to the distribution hub posted earlier in the thread.GeeksFTW said:i guess i still dont see how you are guaranteeing yourself that the water level will ALWAYS be higher than the out ports at the top. Seeing as how there is only what looks like a few millimeters from the top of the rez.... Probably would have been safer to have the distribution ports at the bottom or middle.
Only if your coolant is moving at a snail's pace.Mysterae said:Another rule of water cooling that I have learned is that if you need air in your system (it's got to collect somewhere for bleeding) it has got to be at the highest point of the case.
The bouyancy of air is no where near enough to overcome the force of the flow of coolant. Air collects in the reservoir (whereever it is, even at the very bottom of the loop) because the water velocity is so much less there. There aren't any blocks on the market so large that air would be trapped in them. A heatercore with the fittings at the bottom may hold air at the top though.Mysterae said:thewhiteguy, why so?

I was aiming for the end of May but other things got in the way. So the target is now the end of June, barring any other distractions!
I second that.Johnboy12358 said:can we get an update? purdy pweeeze
