Only level 22 atm...

Jeez... I'm falling behind.

I'm only like level 10. lol..

...and I probably won't touch the game for a few more days because I'm currently knee-deep in a certain highly anticipated FPS (which I will make a thread about when it's officially released).

But yeah... great game so far. So much more appealing to me than Dungeon Siege II was.

Damn it. I can't wait until I get my new laptop which also has a boxed copy of this game inside. Looks damn fun.

Now @ level 33, beat the game on Normal (after farming the final boss about 30 times for blues lol), and am now on Epic (2nd round through the game but on a harder difficulty). Currently awaiting the patch tonight, getting online finally (no bugs *crosses fingers*), and playing with some buddies.

Most fun I've had gaming since probably beta testing WoW.

Is there a way to make your character move besides point and click? I didn't see any movement controls and point/click kinda gets on my nerves...

Sometimes my character gets stuck - can't move :(

I think I liked Diablo II way better - this game sux.

It's only Diablo style point and click. These types of games would be akward as hell if you could move with the keys.

Just got the game yesterday, Just reached athens and I'm a Level 17 Warrior, haven't started my second class.

Just started playing today, only level 6 so far, just talked to the Sparatan general.

as you can see from the name... I didn't plan on playing the game too long.

Nice.. I like the armor. quick question - what are the classes to make a spellbreaker? Not at home so I can't look it up in my manual

thanks :)

hmmm... I didn't read any guides or manuals at all when playing the game. My primary class is the fighting class (warrior?). He's the one that can do the war horn that stuns everyone. My secondary class is the one that lets you steal health from enemies. I had a few points in there and then completely stopped working that class and focusing on dual wield for my primary.

I wished we could've had more customizations on our character, they all look the same! (face and body wise)

Honestly as far as customization of character "looks" how much of it would you ever really see "in game" while playing. Only on your selection screen would it matter. I'm happy they put the time into the equipment graphics.

Btw if you haven't seen the Obsidian armor set, it looks way cool. Kind of Aztec meets Tron.

AARGH!

Does anyone know how far into the game we can reset our skill points, I kinda regret too much skill points on dual wielding.

When you reach Delphi there's a mystic to reset your skill points, past that point you find them in every major city I think.

What's the deal with the bodies in this game? The lady in the third or so post looks like they literally took the legs and pelvis from someone who was 10 feet tall and plopped the torso of a 5 foot tall lady on it. It's WAY out of proportion. It's a little less pronounced on the guys, but they still seem to have huge hips.

Got a question for the higher level people. I just reached Delphi, but I can't seem to find the "master blacksmith" weapon maker. The quest log says that its on the way to Delphi and I pretty much backtracked and searched all over, but I still can't find him.

If anyone can help me with this, I'd appreciate it.

He's right before the outskirts of Delphi, north through a bunch of trees. It looks impassable at first, but you can walk through them to the smith. I''m pretty sure you can see his green icon on the minimap when you get moderately close too.

Dun dun...thread revival! Here are my characters now! (Crappy quality due to JPEG compression)

I got a question regarding player levels - Are you generally gonna get to lvl 50ish by the time the game ends? Currently I'm in athens and my character is at lvl 16.

You get to around level 50-55 after beating legendary mode. You will finish normal mode level 30-35, then you can go on to play epic and legendary mode. I highly recommend playing the 2 modes because normal mode is a joke, just about any build/class can get through it. Epic and legendary mode is where your character really gets put to the test.

in the city where you run into the oracle, there is a mystic, you can reclaim points with him, has a big ball thing over his head.

I beat the game and then summarily uninstalled it because I didn't want the game detracting from life anymore (70 hours played). I beat it at level 50 on legendary with a spellbreaker (warfare/spirit). Without pets, it would have never happened. I don't see how people can keep playing it over and over considering there is nothing new after you beat legendary other than getting new items.

Level 65... wow, that must've taken a while. Is there a level limit to the game? Is the game cake to beat by then?

That is a "hacked" character I made. Level 65 is the current highest level. People play it over and over using different charater builds so in a sense its a new game each time. I played through the game once and now I'm taking some time working with mods (hence the hacked character). Her stats are "hacked" also, so yes even on legendary its a breeze, but she is killable even on normal mode. Other builds wouldnt neccessarily have the same results I.E. Oracle. On legendary you'll still get one shot'd by the bosses. They have no defense and are extremely though to play without some good "pets".

Try a different build and see if the game does not change a bit for ya.

I noticed that your outfit matched. Was that "hacked" also? I don't believe I've EVER gotten two matching parts of one outfit before, much less five. Are you supposed to farm the monster that drops that item over and over?

hacked also, there are custom maps with all the legendary and magic items (blue / purple) then you just mule them over into the main quest charaters.
