These are retail cards and come with everything (except missing one dvi to vga dont know where it went to) all cables and all that good stuff plus XIII, prince of Persia sands of time and ume, and all the drivers cds got like 30 cd's total for the whole shebang-a-bang.
I wont split the cards up so dont ask!
The whole package weights 7lbs.
Also included are 2 artic silencers 1 has been used and the other hasn't
The receipt is also included
For ocing they will go to 600/600 and with even better cooling they will do more. That was with the stock cooler and an 80mm fan blowing across them.
With the silencers I didn't do a whole lot of testing since I though it was good enough with the stock coolers on there.
But as always ymmv.

It posts and did windows just fine but havent played with it much dont recall the core on it since it was used in my parents computer. So it was never OCed.

The tv jack broke off was re-soldered back on and picks up the channels but doesnt display them on screen so it still works I am sure there is a way to fix it but it has been replaced.
