Is it possible to put more than one effect on a weapon when enchanting? I can only do one

For example +5 str and +5 speed

On weapons you can have more than one thing stuck on there. But how big they are determines how many uses you have to a minimum of 20.

For armors you can only get 1 attribute on there. You could do strength/speed but I've found strength/luck to be the best way to go when making armors. Or "Fortify Merchantile" on all your pieces of clothing/rings/amulet has some definate advantages.

I dont know why Bethesda decided to limit how powerful we could make our character by using enchantments. What i mean by this is in morrowind, once i had the best armor for my class i would enchant it with fortify strength 1 to whatever i cannot remember off the top of my head and i would repeatedly take it off and put it on unitl i was safisfied with my strength. I also did this with all of the exquisite pieces for an end result of a constant 300+ strength. Sure it was cheap but its only a single player game who cares. In oblivion everything has a 10+ max and thats all you can do. Also the charge a creature can give you is capped nothing above 1600. Why they did this and many other faults that are not related is beyond me, but i sure know im done playing it.

what does the "use" mean? I understand charges because thats easy but...?

Basically everytime your weapon connects on an enemy its a use. At least thats what I think it means

I think It's BULL SHIT.
The Listener Cloak from the DB has 7 attribute boosts on it.
But you can only add 1 thing to anything you try to enchant.

Why would I bother making a sword with only 1600 charge max that only can have 1 enchantment which only gives a +5 boost, when I can find a sword that is 10 times better than that.

Don't get me started on making spells!

How do you increase the number of choices availible when enchanting weapons. I can do fire damage, but wheres frost or lighting?

Learn more spells.

As for only one enchantment, yup it's quite the homosexual. Reflect damage gear 4tw though. Here's my cheap character (Yes I know elven mixed with Daedric looks quite retarded, but look at the bottom 4 passive effects!!)

nice! Resist normal weapons!

Reminds me of the immune to physical Duriel I fought in Diablo 2

If you played legit and not rush, Duriel was probably the hardest boss!

Then use the CS and create your own armor with +300 strength.

I have a ring that Reflects 15%, Another that reflects 25% and a shield that does 20% reflection. 60% spell reflection is totaly awesome.

I would love to find some physical damage reflect since I take 100 damage from normal weapons thanks to my birth sign.

When you get enough physical reflect the game does become rather trivial... you can just hold your shield up and the mobs kill themselves.

LOL
But once you reach level 30 ~ the game starts to get that way any how.
I find that even with my bith sign making me take 100 DMG from normal weapons and being a high elf making me take 25 DMG from fire, frost, electric attacks I can still take 5 mobs at once and just hand to hand them to death.

Seriously. There's a Daedric quest where you have to get an NPC kill you with a mace, but with my stats, he just managed to kill himself.

I had to strip naked and stand there for like 10 minutes (real time!) for him to kill me. He still didn't succeed, so I punched a couple horses to get them to stomp on me as well.
Then I realized I should have just jumped off a couple cliffs beforehand, to get my health low. :p

You know how long it took me to get that SOB to pick up the mace.
I put the Mace down in his inventory, he used his fists.
I hit him and then droped the mace, he used his fists
Finally, I placed the mace right on the ground in front of him and then attacked him and he picked it up.
