How can I tell if a cable is SATA150 or SATA II 3.0gb/s?

I have a ton of SATA cables here, but none of them specify whether they're SATA150 or SATA II 3.0gb/s. Is there some way I can identify them? I'm shopping for a new hard drive, and I want to make sure I order an SATA II cable with it if none of mine qualify. Thanks.

They're all the same. Cables don't make a difference between SATA and SATA II.

There is no "SATA 2" cable... Not only do they take the exact same cable, you're unlikely to see full SATA 1 speeds, let alone SATA 2 speeds.

The Serial ATA consortium designed the cable from the start to support first- and second-generation bus frequencies. You can thank that committee for their foresight...

It doesnt matter even if there was a cableing diffrence, you still cant take advantage of SATA's bandwidth on either SATA150 or SATAII...
