Ok well I had posted a few times in other threads about my TJ07 and what quirks mine had. Well here are some pics. Maybe I'm being to nit-picky but for almost $400 I kind of expected it to be perfect.

Here is the case:

No need to flame my wiring or the finger prints...I'll hide it all and clean it up when I WC

And here are the problems:

You can see one of the scratches and the machining quality here

Heres some more machining

It is all along that rail and a few other places. Its alot more noticle in person.

Heres a big scratch on the bottom by the HDD cages

And here is how close the HDD cage is to the back panel. It crushes the wires so bad it corrupts files  I will be getting new sata cables soon so I can get rid of the molexes.

Yor linx R teh broek. lol

You might need to link to a webpage that loads the pic or something. Or just find a different file host.

perhaps rotating your drives the opposite way would fix your wiring issues

i think you're being a bit nitpicky, especially about a product that is so new that it's barely even available, whether it costs $400 or $40.

besides, i'd put down good money to bet that no case manufacturer produces a completely flawless(machining and such) prduction unit every single time. you're asking too much. be happy that you can afford to spend $400 on the damn thing to begin with.

dude hook me up with some cash, my super lanboy is mint!

If you think those are bad, take at a look at the first TJ07 case I received. It was UPS' fault, but it still upset me so much. I'm still waiting on my replacement from performance-pcs.com. I think the UPS guys were playing football with it one night....

Just cut and paste the URLs, links are not working.

You are right on this. There is no such thing as a perfect case, for $400 or even $4,000.I bitched about a few things but over all I would buy another one.......and actually just may !

You probably got a Monday case... same stuff happens to cars that are made on Mondays. The workers were probably hung-over... If I assembled computer cases for months on end, I'd probably get hammered on the weekends too. :D

I have so idea - my best guess is they fucked it up with a forklift, or maybe they really did play football with it one night at the UPS warehouse :D The 3.5" mounting chassis is bent out as well - that is one of the pictures that was taken of the inside. Hank at performance-pc's.com was like, "well if the side panel is just messed up then we can just replace that." I was "Uh, Hank, it's all fucked up! I need a totally new replacement." But you are right - it makes a guy want to cry when he pays that kind of cash for a computer case!

Wow... just wow! I would have been EXTREMELY pissed if I got a case in that condition. And would probably never use UPS again, if it could be avoided.
