in cpu-z my voltage jumps from 1.344 to 1.36 to 1.376 is that normal? or should it be rock steady
thanks jesse

What PSU are you running

Sometimes low end cheaper PSU's doesn't offer all that great stability on Voltages.

Voltages always fluctuate.

yeh....

you could try another programme to measure ur voltages if ur uncomfortable with cpu-z readings but i dont think there is anything to worry about :)

Yeah voltages seem to fluxuate a lot, especially under load. I have a PowerStream 520 and when I Primed my Opty 146 @ 2.7 for 9 hours the voltage, according to the log, deviated + / - .5V (roughly) CPU-Z is pretty consistent with that.

Dont worry about it, its normal. Some people will say they dont have that happen, but it is. Voltages are not constant.

what other programs are there
The chart tab of Speedfan (freeware) will show the changes over time

In my experience the motherboard has more to do with those fluctuations. My ASRock board fluctuated a lot and wouldn't let me take my 4400+ to 2.42Ghz, but my A8N32-SLI barely fluctuates at all, and I'm currently running stable at 2.5Ghz with the same voltage (same PSU).
