Is there any way to back up saved games for Grand Theft Auto SA

I have to reformat my pc and I was wondering if theres any way to save my saved games from GTA SA. Does any one know how to do this my friend is going to kill me if I erase the game but it must be done.
 
In 'My Documents', there is a folder called 'GTA San Andreas User Files'. Backing up that should be sufficient.
 
Thanks so just burn the whole GTA San Andreas user files as a data file?
