haha, maybe if I actually looked at it I would have caught that. All i saw was the 661 and 621 at the end...talk about a brain fart. I'll get right on it. :)

Edit: Come on now, I'm sure you've got enough left in you to come away with 9th. :cool:

Ok I fixed...sorry about that. One thing I find kind of funny is that it did not detect my Video Cards speed properly. Very odd...?
 
i cant get pcmark04 or 05 to give me a score... anyone know why it keeps telling me, AFTER the system tests that "you must have system tests selected to receive a score"? with the trial versions, the select tests button is greyed out, so i have no idea what i'm supposed to do to get either version to give me a score... i just click on "Run Tests" and it fails to give me an actual score each time...??

Pretty sure i ran into something similar when i was playing with '04 the last time I can remember. I honestly can't remember what I did...could have sworn I had a score or two updloaded at one point. :confused:

Not the greatest, but something for us single core, previous gen vid card owners to shoot for.

I noticed the same problem....showed my vid cards as 501/1002.......instead of 550/1100.
 
Hmm I ran benches today that woulda broken top 3 in everything I think except 06 because it won't install on my machine. I didnt save the links becausae I didnt think they were that high haha. Now I have to re-reun them. :p
 
had to tear down the rig so other benchies wont be up till sometime next week prolly cuz of exams, so just update the 03 one.

hey cornelious, remember we used to bench against each other haha? That was back in the days of I think my frakenstein 9700 pro vs your 9800xt and then the x800's i think. LOL that was like 2 years ago!

I can't say how much I'll ever get back into overclocking...or at least until I HAVE the money laying around and don't feel like there's better things I could be spending it on. Living on my own that doesn't happen very often, and it's really hard to even justify dropping $100 on a slightly nicer case, or $30 on a half dozen blue LED fans for the case I've got now...it really sux, I miss the good ol' days. :(

Yeah to be honest I have a feeling I'm gonna make one more run with it when my chilly1 phase change gets back from repair, prolly go for a trifecta on the hardforums orb with maybe 2x512mb 7800gtx's and my opty around 3.5-6ghz benching and then sell off the phase change, cards, and maybe even pc power and cooling to go completley silent, and settle on a config something like the following:

seasonic psu for silence
2GB corsair value
opteron @ 3ghz on air
DFI SLI-DR
EVGA 7800GT CO

Because when it comes down to it, all I really do is play source, and it's REALLY stupid for me to have 5-6k tied up in my machine just for bragging rights. I need to spend more money on things like women and the car and my new addiction: high end headphone audio (makes computers seem cheap).

Can't have everything I guess, just gotta prioritize. Doesn't mean it doesn't suck though :p

Umm...how often do you expect? I mean...all day at work I've got internet access, I try to update once or twice during the day, and I usually get on once or twice after work to check things...I just didn't yesterday.

I'm here now though, so don't get your panties in a twist. ;) :p

EXACTLY how I'm sitting right now...not easy to get used to after being able to drop $700 every 6 months on a new video card, but oh well, right now I'm looking at just picking up a Shuttle for my current hardware (SN41G2) and painting/modding it. Sure it'll only be an 1800+ AXP, but for web browsing you don't need anymore then that, all I'll have to do is grab some extra ram and a new hard drive and I'll have a system that I can't complain about when I'm browsing the [H] updating everyone else's scores...and it'll look purty too. :p

That way when the time comes I'll be able to spend money where I want, my true interest as of the last 6 months...a saltwater aquarium, got one now, only a 33 gallon...but I'm gonna do up a beauty of a tank once we move to BC. :D

Sorry guys, but I'm not updating this thread anymore.

I've stopped taking in PCMark scores, please check the [H]ardForum Top10 Database in the overclocking and cooling main forum...it has replaced all of my previous threads.
