This is all frm new egg if u need a link just ask im wondering ifim missing anything or if something is wrong in the build or if i chould change stuff.
im a gamer and i eventually will be gettin a 2nd 7800gt hopefully soon after. Ive never overclocked in my life and this is my first build. I would like to try a light overclock on the cpu so i dont need opteron. I dont really know much about the case i chose just that it looks ok its aluminum and its cheap i could spend up to $100 on that. Also im wondering if anyone knows any cheaper psu's that i should use cause the one i picked is more than i wanna spend on it( needs to be sli capable). I have around $1500 to spend but im saving at least 250 for a monitor

no, they can be different they just need the same bios or you;l loe some performance. for ram i woul look at gskills 2gb hz kit. for hard drives i would look at seagate or hitachi

what type of hd do i want like sata or a different one i dont know what the diff is

yeah sata is pretty much the standard these days
