Nvidia upgrade cards

I've been looking all over for a Mac compatible Nvidia 7800. I have one of the newer G5's. Any idea's as to where I can find one? I'd really rather not be forced into an ATI card.

I hear there may be an X1900-based card for the Mac soon, possibly even next week.

and when it comes to nVidia cards, the only Mac-compatible ones are made by Apple itself. if they don't have it as a stand-alone card (and they don't; you have to BTO), it's not available anywhere.

If you call the AppleCare line or go into a store they *might* be able to special order one if you beg but I wouldn't bet on it. Like the above poster said, that stuff is usually only available in built to order systems at the beginning of things. It's worth calling/visiting to find out though...
