I ordered it from Parts Express. I'm not the biggest fan of amazon.com and would much rather deal with PE if anything goes wrong.

Why Does Everyone Call Me Toy! Looks like this is gona be the start of my first home theatre setup. Now all I need is a good amp and two front channels for starters and I'll be all set.

Did I say amp? Whoops I meant a reciever ;p. The sub already has an amp so that is not a problem.

PartsExpress is an awesome company. I've ordered a LOT of subs from them in the last 3 years. The few times that something broke I called up and it was taken care of very quickly. Also, their techs are VERY knowledgable. I know a fair share about car audio and home audio... but damn, they put me to shame the few times I called for questions ;) :)

FWIW I did a quick search and found this for $79.88 at J&R.com
+ $24 shipping = $104 shipped

Better than partsexpress price, but $15 more expensive than amazon's price ($89 shipped)

Edit: Only one left in stock @ Amazon

SJetski71..have you seen these....http://www.partsexpress.com/webpage.cfm?&Webpage_ID=3&DID=7&CAT_ID=43&ObjectGroup_ID=505&SO=2

i know BASH is the type of amplifer circutry used in Klipsch subwoofers but i have no idea if theyre in any way related to these sub plate amps .im sure theyre not a klipsch product but i guess the design is supposed to be similar.anyhow...there ya go
I'd probably research and try those if i were building my own sub. Too bad i've blown my budgetary spending for the last six months or so, and really irking my better half :D.

My next toys will likely be a new gaming rig and a HD front projector, everything else will have to wait :p.

Blah for this amp, not good at all.

Open up the wallet and go with hsuresearch.com

HSU Research subs are great performers at bargain prices, but even their cheapest is more than 3x this (now dead) deal. This is for people who aren't interested enough in the sound difference to "open up the wallet" .
