Weird windows time bug...

This is continually pissing me off. My windows clock is constantly setting itself exactly three hours back from the current time. Every time i put it faster, it just drops three hours again. It's set to the correct time zone, so i dont know why this is happening. I dont think its my cmos battery, because the minutes stay the same, and the time drops exactly three hours every time. Any ideas?

is your bios time set right?

I would change your time zone to something different, then change it back again. It really sounds like Windows is adjusting the clock via timezone settings.
