Just thought I'd share this with everyone...
After many months of checking out reviews and forums etc. I settled on a pair of VP191 monitors for my new set up. We went down to the store and to my suprise they said, we couldn't get the monitors you wanted, but instead we have these upgraded models, the VP930s. I was amazed! They gave me them for the same price too So anyway, since these are so new I just thought I'd share a few pics and some opinions.

Set up on the desk
In action on GTA San Andreas
That's not me in that last pic, that's my 12 year old brother, in case you were wondering....
So far I'm extremely happy with both of the screens, they are my very first LCDs (upgraded from an old 17" Sony CRT) they seem so big, bright and crisp, it's lovely! Colours are vibrant, the screens are very bright, but not retina burningly so. Text comes up lovely. I have tried them briefly in GTA SA and NFSU2, it handled both excellently. In both games there was no sign of ghosting, eg there were no after images or trails of objects on the screen. However in NFSU2 I could see some slight blurring at the edges of the screen where the landscape was moving fast rather quickly. This however is a minor point, as most of the time you are focusing on the centre of the screen. You have to concentrate hard to see it. Also, it is a very minor effect, perhaps it's just the motion blurring effect that is enabled in the game.... I didn 't know whether I had it on. Other than that, they are fantastic! When I get things properly set up I will have to try them on a speedy FPS to really give em a workout. One monitor has a pixel stuck on purple, not much of a problem to me, you can't really see it, and the other has what seems like merely half a dead pixel, it's a teeny black dot, again you can't really see it unless you are looking for it.
I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have!
