512MB（256MBx2） DDR2-533 DualChannel 200pin DDR-SODIMM

if they are the same price

which system is faster in the most of 3D applications
(they have the same video card)

system1. by far.

2g would be even better, but 1g is good. 512mb just plain sucks.
