Is there a way to disable a key on the keyboard more importantly the Pause/Break key?Here at work there is a funtion within a piece of software that is set to that key that sends and Emerancy message out. This needs to be disabled since there are 2 other ways to send an emarancy call out here at work. I have looked all over the piece of software for a way to disable the Pause/break emerancy call. So I need to find another way to disable this key. The problem is that I can't install any extra software onto the system with out promission for the "big wigs" way way up there. There is always the option to Pop the key off but I can't do that with a demo system or IF we decide to use this computer system in our cars I still can't just pop the key off because it's a 4500 computer system to be put into the cars. The only option I see is a Script that will disable it at startup or some type of regedit
