Single card result. Actual clock 515/1400. Score 9243. Waterblock arrives for the weekend. I am interested to see what it will do with better cooling.

odd...I couldn't get that link ( Compare URL » http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm05=1091304 ) to work..but it might have just been me..as it looks fine

I have that same RAM...would have really liked to have seen your CPU scores

your 512kb cache 939 @ 2.6GHx

my 1MB cache 754 @ 2.4GHz

so are scores thought to be "valid" here, without the "Compare URL"?
(sorry I'm a n00bie)

My CPU score at 2.7 GHz is usually around 4700 with the Winchester. I usually do not run the CPU test as it does not affect the resultant score. However, 5000+ on the CPU is a great score.

So far just the stock cooler. The waterblock should be here for the weekend. I have had my 6800 Ultras as hioghas 520 / 1360. So far this card looks good. The hard part will be finding the twin for SLI. :)

Just figuring out what to get next. CPU is weak, so I am looking a the FX-57 or X2 4800+. I think that is the next item. I will probably have to test 5 or 6 BFG's to get a match to the current card. Slowly but surely.

I enjoy getting the compare link because it has all the info I need in it.
But I do not require any proof as long as the score seems reasonable when considering the card that was used.

I know a bogus score when I see one.
I have asked for proof like 3 times since I've been here.
The last time I asked for someone for proof it turns out he was running 3DMark05 at 640x480
and he didn't realize that his score did not "count" because he ran the program at different settings.

an athlon64 3200+ @ 2.7ghz is weak? hehe....

6164 - For some reason when I hit the 'Online Result Browser' button it won't connect...

p4 3.2c @ 3.6, 1gig of RAM, x800pro VIVO w/16 pipes @ 540/590, Cat 5.7

WOOHOOOO!!!!!

#1 Spot for a SINGLE GTX!!!

Card speed - 564/1440 True clocks

Oh, and this is only at 2.6..not run it at 3GHz yet, and NO H2o cooling!! Shoudl be able to get more out of it once the block is on. :D

Yes I made my goal!!!

4203!!!

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm05=1096186

used the new 77.77 beta drivers.

575/1050 although for whatever reason future mark reported it as 576/1044

I think my card might be a dud. Cant get ram past 1050 :( I'm going to buy some after market cooling such as an iceberq 5 or a zalman 70 perhaps and see if their ram sinks / cooling help out.

Specs in sig :)

That is a reeally nice signature design.

I just noticed that and thought "wtf?" because I get 5677 for a CPU score on my 2.45GHz 3000+ Clawhammer, you sure thats right?

6168 on Athlon 3000+ Venice O/C to 2.61 ghz air cooling, fsb at 290 with 3/5/5/10 timings (corsair dual twin3200xl), and x850xt pe o/c to 580 core/590 memory, and 2 hitachi 60 gb sata II drives in raid 0 array on a Shuttle SN25P.

Yep. The Winchester has the 512 K cache, so it is a little lower on the processing power. But, 3Dmark05 is mostly GPU, FSB, and mem transfers. So, the CPU processing does not affect the score much.

Have you run AM3 ? What is your CPU score on that test? It is a CPU limited bench, unlike 05. Mine is around 13K at 2.75 GHz. Most FX-55 and FX-57's are around 16K.

Thanks for all the details.... I very much doubt this score will be credited without any!

He was on the list already, it was an update.
He has a 6800 at 400/800.

1,076 scores in da house!!
Check out 2Fresh's single card record in row 40!!
Amazing, wild stuff.

My new score. (yea! im over 8k now!) :D

oced my 3000+ to 2.4ghz (seems to be my max)

Next up will be installing the beta drivers that fix the cold bug, and then re-ataching my 92mm panaflo and ocing the 7800gtx.

Decided to try Ocing with stock cooling for now.
Set the card to 490/1300 (3dmark says its 529/1296)

gives me 8432 points

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm05=1103695

(card gets to 64C under load, I think thats pretty decent for stock)

5600

Intel P4 640 3.2GZ, Abit Guru 8S8-V, 1GB DDR400, BFG 6800 Ultra.

So I go to look at your posts to see if I can find out what speeds your card is at,
and I see that this is the only post that you have made outside of your own thread.
Nice to see that you are expanding your horizons and I am honored that you chose this thread. ;)

Umm, are you having a go at me?

BTW, everything in my PC is at stock speed.

Is this a reasonable score?

No. I am not having anything, even "a go".
I made an observation.

Yes your score is reasonable, it is above the average 6800 Ultra score and because you are stock speeds that is very nice.

What happened to the requirement for a valid link to submit a score? Seems to me that A LOT of people are just dreaming up scores or at least inflating them somewhat. If you're not requiring a valid url to prove scores then I've lost all interest in this list.

Same here. I want to see some kind of proof.

Mister E said:

That has never been a requirement over here.
Only if the person's score looks too high when considering their graphics card do I ask for proof before I put them in the list.

The Official [H]ard ORB requires a valid link so if you just can't take anyone at their word you can go over there for your [H]ard|Forum 3DMark hook-up.

5122. Specs in sig, no overclock yet. Except for the video card, but BFG did that, not me. CPU score of 5273.
