Zalman CNPS9500

i dunno but hopefully it cools beter than those 7700's
I hope so too. If it does, I may consider one of these to replace my 7700, but only after enough (real) people try them. (No more reading reviews that take place in a wind tunnel.;) )

QFT, lackluster performance from an overpriced cooler!
So far the best thing about the 7700 is how it looks.

Where were you guys when I was buying my 7700? I didn't hear anything but glowing praise about them only to find out for myself that they're about 5% better than the stock HSF.

I was bashing them since conception, check my posts!

My CNPS7700-Cu is working quite well. My Venice at 2500 is running at 33C. If that isn't working well for air, then I'm not quite sure what would be. That temp is a few degrees below a friend's identical setup with an XP90.

That cooler would be really cool if they put 2 fans on it, one on each side, all the air goes out from the center so they wouldn't be fighting each other and the only downside I can think of is the added weight and it would cool alot better.

My zalman 7000, not even the 7700, keep my 'Highest Model P4' 570J ES @ 41c idle. Good 'nuff for me!

Drawing an impressive 1400Watts of power, Zalman include a full instruction booklet on how to daisy chain 5 300W PSU’s together to power the fan

rofl that thing is crazy.

dont worry i know there joking.

not really needed if you position it correctly in your case, because the rear exhaust fan will be very close to the other side

Oh Mah Gawd! That equals $93 Canadian! Of course the price will be higher than that ,as usual, so I'm guessing $100. $100 dollar for a heatsink? Aiya...I guess it wouldn't be that expensive because you get a month to save up...

no problems with my 7000-cu keeps my OC'd 3.4 at 3.7 stable at 34 idle 44 load and 48 under HL2....I'm happy with it ! and thats in a Lian-Li 6070 !

754 and 939 use same model or is there 2 different versions? I hope theres a review soon

Man, I'd REALLY like to see this thing available.....I was gonna be buying a new air cooler for my Venice in my sig (sig overclock done with a 7700-ALCU) and I wanna wait for this thing. My first choice ATM for my last high-end air cooler is an XP-90C with a 92mm Panaflo H1A.....before tax/shipping that's still $80 - $90 CDN for me...so if the 9500 is in that same price range, I KINDA wanna hold off to see how it does...cus I'd hate to drop that much cash and then see that the cooler I would have wanted was even a few degrees nicer.

Wow thats my exact mobo and everything! My question is answered, its using the supplied Zalman S775 adapter, i already have on installed so all i have to do is screw it on! Can't wait for the fatal1ty version on anodized RED to match that NB cooler on the board, itll look sick!!!!!

And since the fan is placed like that, the rear 120mm exhaust fan in my Lian li will be RIGHT behind it pulling hot air out, thats sick.

Yeah man, looks killer.....I think I'd take it even if the XP-90/Panaflo combo was a little nicer....for a couple degree difference it just looks to damn cool. :D

Wow...ive wanted this thing since I first saw it. Very sexy and if it benches the way zalamn says it should....It would be a very sound investment i think.

Unless i secide to go H2O... ;)

incidentally they claim to outperform some water cooling solutions...check out their website for their graph. I'm sure it's just the kit stuff like an aquagate or something stupid just so they can claim it.

other than that i might get it too until i get enough money for w/c :D

suppose if that new zalman heatsink beat all watercool champion like koolance, danger den, or w/e it is. o well hope this happen lol. :D

Riiiiiiiiight. :p

Ooooo man I'm so tempted...but I already bit the bullet and bought an XP-120...ohh the pain...and to refuse this shipment I'd have to refuse my DFI motherboard and RAM...oh the injustice...

Anyone want to buy an unopened xp-120?
