Is the Phantom now irrelevant? Not that it wasn't already..

But with the announcement of the PS3, X-BOX 360, and the Revolution what is the point of the Phantom now? It is behind in technology as compared to the new gen consoles and will be obsolete as far as PC technology goes.

They have a booth at E3 but I haven't heard or seen any news concerning the Phantom lately.
 
You can get banned for talking about or asking any questions about the Phantom on HardOcp....

But. I was wandering about the samething.. In reality the Phantom was dead from the first day it was thought of as a gaming system.

A computer product that was supposed to bring the power of a PC combined with downloadable games. However the name of the product ironically matches its existence. Kyle got in a lawsuit with them when he bascially called them out on "where's the beef". He won, they lost. The Phantom console is still a phantom at best. With the PS3/360/Rev coming out the phatom won't even be a ghost.

I find it funny they boldly display their stock ticker with such massive losses. I've never heard of this thing before though, the E3 pictures look depressing for those involved.
 
/me look around and ask where is those phantoms ????

It's ill-fated as soon as they announced. Worst vaporware announcement afaik !
