WoW [H]ard Guild

Well SuX0rz, when Vong and I tried to add you to our friends list it gave us a "character does not exist" type of error.

just so everyone knows I'm a tailor and that means if you need bags come see me. 9linen = 1x6slot bag, 9wool = 1x8slot bag.
Also for all you cloth wearers I can make you some armor as well, let me know what you need and I'll see what I can do.

I'm saving silk for you for whenever you can make 10ers.
 
i need lots of wool to powerlevel my tailoring so I can get to the silk bags. I'm currently at 117tailoring or so and I need 150 for bags i think.
 
I was thinking of starting WOW but I had a couple of questions:

Stormscale is a low Pop server and is a PVP server? What class & race is needed most? Im playing a wizard in EQ2 and I heard mages are not very good in WOW, how about Warlocks? I was also considering an Orc shaman.

mages are quite good in wow, especially higher level. I think we could use some more warriors, they are very useful in instances for crowd control.
 
Well, so far I believe that I'm the only Shaman, so we could probably use another. But we are also short Warriors for tanking. It's really whatever you like to play.

So far, I'm loving my Shaman. I love having some spellcasting in addition to being able to dish out the melee damage. I'm looking forward to getting mail at level 40. (But I have a ways to go before that.)
 
Mages are pretty good, if you have someone else to level with. I've done a mage solo, and it wasn't much fun, but now that I'm working with my wife who's a warrior, I'm loving it.

You piss off a women enough, they become level 65 elite warriors, and pwn everyone.
 
I play a warlock (for the guild) and that is my main.

Two things I like about the 'Lock.

1. You get a tank in the voidwalker. Get him early on. The imp is decent for help, but the voidwalker rules because he attracts the enemy and has 1000+ armor.

2. Affliction spells. I cast the same 3 spells to start. Immolate (direct fire damage, plus recurring damage), Curse of Agony, and Corruption. They all deal damage over time... So, as you're hitting them for regular minimal damage, the others are constantly sucking life from them. Very nice.
 
I am liking my priest over any other class I have tried so far. Healing is awesome, and resurrection is priceless in a group. Also Shadow Priests do huge damage end game, or so ive heard.

As far as what we need, we are low on warriors and shamans i beleive.
 
Just created a Troll Shaman, name: Illuminati mind you this will be an alt character and won't get much play, but I still would like to get on the [H] guild.

I'd just like to say i'm having a blast playing with these guys.... the guild rocks... I left my lvl 31 rogue on Skullcrusher to come play here and it's been a good time. Need more members :)

up to lvl 12 with my new priest Manicavus.

get in on the action.
 
i left a 27 shaman and never went back, I think the priest just suits me more.

Haven't seen it mentioned, but is there a European faction of the [H]ard Guild for those of us that can't use US servers?
 
Dont think so, you could probably pick a low pop server and start one up though.

We were laughing about the same thing. I told my wife that she should have made a male warrior and I should have made a female mage... just would have looked better that way.
 
Just started a new toon last night, Torrian Lvl 3 Orc Shaman. Looking for guild invite, should be on tonight from about 8 - 10 pm EST. :D

Am I the only one who cant create a character on stormscale ? I have tried three times now and everytime I pick my character and hit accept it goes to character select screen and there is no character there.

it appears so. I just made an alt to make sure.

edit: After another try, it may be doing this either randomly or when you pick a name that's already being used (instead of giving the warning)
 
Sier, another member had the same problem the other night. but i tried and it worked for me
 
Ok I finally got a Character created ... had to reinstall ... damn that take forever. So I now have an alt on stormscale ... a horde warrior names draax ... only level 5 ... but if anyone wants to group whisper me.

We need a Rosetta stone on this thread. Everyone in game seams to have a different name then here on the forums .. it gets confusing =)
