Any tutorials on how to improve a webcam image???

Hey there...ok...I have this webcam image...webcam images are small and they tend to be grainy and the colors aren't that vivid...kinda like someone took the saturation down or something...

So I was wondering if there was a tutorial that could make a webcam image better...any ideas???

Webcam images are generally jpeg's ... so, I really don't think it's possible to improve the image quality too much.

Of course, you could try playing with the levels and color saturation in PS all you want, you may get some slight enhancement.
 
I'll raise you fifty and anyway all you can do is despeckle it with PS and then maybe try a diffusion filter if you increase the DPI.
 
Techniques on improving such images varies a lot, so how bout you post it here, and we'll see what we can do ;)
