Ok ive got around 200-250 dollars for a PCI express card. I looked at newegg and saw these for around my price. Any suggestions? IS there any nvidia better for the price?

Depends on what you want to play. Overall the 6600GT is, IMO, your best bet... but the x700Pro has stomped all over it and even the 6800nu in some of the recent HL2 benchmarks 
. Either one of those should be good. But don't go for the x600xt! It's no where near as powerful as the x700s or the 6600 line.
