Outlook loading up very slow.

Usually on every other PC I have used Outlook loads up pretty instantly. However on my computer it seems to take like 20 seconds to load which annoys me. Anyone have any idea as to why? I cleared my deleted items on a suggestion from someone and it still loads slowly.

BTW I just switched from Express to standard Outlook, was wondering how I can get buttons for the different stuff (deleted, outbox, etc) without typing it in at the top and how I can get it to auto send/recieve when I load it up. Finally I was also wondering how I can set a default mail account so when I compose an email it just sends without selecting an account.

go to tools options and disable instant messaging with outlook. Will start a lot faster
