Some of Synology's stuff are VMWare ready and support iSCSI. Call them up, their pre-sales guys are very knowledgeable. Bought a DS1511+ (business class) a couple of months ago for home use myself.

Is your music in the music folder? If so you should just have to enable the Audio Station and hit re-index (can't recall if it does it by default).

They're one and the same. The drivers don't have a direct link on Corsair's website, but there is a link to them on the sidebar of the Corsair forum (House of Help forever lol).
