I actually use Goodreads a lot. I worry that Amazon's involvement will turn the whole site into a link to the Amazon store. But, for now, if you read, you'll like Goodreads if you haven't seen it already.

Of course there's a relationship between kids today playing video games and the cars they'll aspire to own in the future. Anyone who thinks there isn't is an idiot. Hell, tell me you don't know, or have at least heard of someone who's designed a paint job for their car in Forza? And...

I've listened to these things...They suck. But I will give them two positive points, one, the noise cancelling was on par with the Bose product (I hate Bose, but the QuietComforts stuff is pretty good), and the fit was nice. But for sound...any $150 pair of cans will kick the snot out of them.

Now that was simply awesome... I think the cynicism comes from jealousy...I would love to be able to travel that much and do that much, although in a MUCH longer period of time!

There's a place in British Columbia that treats internet and gaming addiction. There was a blurb on the news about it the other night...4 weeks, $25,000. BUT, the testimonials were quite positive. I couldn't find a link on the web Sorry.

Oh, and that damn chart up there... It says I'm supposed to weigh 179??? At 6'3"???? WTF?? I'm 202 right now, and if I got down to 193 I'd look like crap...SKINNY!! I can't imagine where I'd lose and additional 14lbs!! BUT, for my wife, she's 5'5", it says 136...bingo. Perfect...

Google isn't a private company, they have strict laws they have to abide by when hiring, and singling out "fat" people is definitely a no-no. Second, I really don't think that Google would do that...maybe the "skinny" people left at the interview were simply more qualified. I don't thing...
