Wufuc worked great on my X470 Tacihi for the year that I used it. It is a pain to get Win7 to install since the USB drivers aren't recognized so a ps/2 keyboard is required until chipset drivers are installed. I ended up going to 10 in May when that system had a hardware failure.
This is wild.
Intel gave only 4 core chips for years. Now AMD gives MOAR COREZ and people are sick of it after barely two years. They want MOAR MEGAHURTZ which is something not even Intel can provide. Is this 1996 where only clockspeed matters?
Oh well, better save up for that 9900KS.

Genuine lol! And this isn't even the top end chip!
Wow, I'm still running an X-750 still in my main setup. The main components have changed a few times but it's the same power supply from 2010 and still feels solid.

Centurylink has a pretty sweet deal here. $65 a month for 100/100mbit. It's pre-paid so they will cut you off if payment is missed, but you can put it on a credit card for renewal. Oh, it's also considered business class so no data caps.
This might snowball into a colossal fuck up when it's finally released.
"Does this mean Microsoft is going to move to a major/minor schedule with Windows 10 feature releases moving forward? I hear the answer is no. This year is just a messy one-off, sources of mine say."
Sure, of course it's a...

I used this to load Win7 on my 2600x last August. Been working fine since then, but I did need to use a ps/2 keyboard to load before installing the AMD drivers. I forget at what point the USB controller becomes usable.
