What a great rig. I have a few questions for you. Which front mesh drive panels are those and where'd you pick them up? I'd love to get a fan in there. How much is cooling improved by moving the hard drive rack back instead of in the front? I don't plan on swapping any different fans in there...

Corsair HX1000W or AX1200W, or any other quality 1000W+ PSU. I can't find a deal on these anywhere. The first retailer that has a decent deal on them will get my purchase, along with many others' I'm assuming. Also, Corsair 650D :D

He could be selling it for less, sure. But he could also be selling it for more. If you don't like it, don't buy it. He won't make his money. It's not like he bought five of the things and cut a lot of other people out of the deal. Haters gonna hate, I suppose.
