is the Antec ARIA any good I'd like to keep it small

that ones to expensive and its for a p4 system I need it to be a amd xp system since I'll be using my old parts for it but I do think that the agb slot is on the iner side look at the pictures side by side heres the biostar and the shuttle

how about a Antec ARIA with its 300w psu and a msi nforce2 motherboard
