If you just want/need it to work, go with Modem -> GWifi -> Switch and let the GWifi handle the routing/dhcp like it is designed to. No extra config needed.
It should probably be Modem -> GWifi -> switch -> wired network.. That way GWifi handles all the routing. Hard wire your switch (or router in bridge mode) to the GWifi.
Agree with the others that hosting locally isn't a great idea. For something like this I would probably go with Google's Compute Engine, it has a free tier that should handle it just fine.
