Find a used 2600 under $80. I used a garbage ASRock b450 motherboard and it clocked my 2600 or 1700x no prob. Basic 16gb of Corsair 3200 is cheap and works at xmp. There are some deals I saw on Slickdeals for gaming monitors, add the games the...

We used Puget test files to benchrace our white boxes vs their #'s. Adjust accordingly. That's what a return window is for.

I’m wondering if boost behavior is diff bc dh15 vs aio, diff table for cpu boost, and voltages are triggered diff for a given similar set of inputs.

Im saying on specific types of projects the editors are billing a ton to crank out change orders as fast as humanly possible. I kept their gear and networks running like I was wrenching on dragsters btw runs. This is in the face of workstations...

I worked with guys in Santa Monica on projects for HBO and Universal. 2014 I was getting them try and buy Dell rack 7310 workstations with 8 Quadro 6000s. Time is $, and some of those creative directors aren't exactly patient with their change...

^ likes to wear ear pro by his rig, but I can appreciate Delta or sunon industrial fans on an open loop. Lots of guys went that way back when peptides were a thing I can't wait for any of the TR3 guys I used to work with that were on x299 +...

  7. somebrains replied to the thread Ryzen 3000 (3600x) in worst case gaming scenarios? What's peoples experiences?.

I'm dead flat on frame time around 4-6ms, steady 145-150fps playing bo4 zombies. I had to recheck my 1080ti clock. You might not be able to see a diff, but if you setup a build properly you should be able to feel a difference. That why my...

I found the chiplet positioning in 3900x/3950x interesting from a cold plate standpoint. What happens if you popped off the am4 bracket and reattached it so it was 90deg from where you have it right now? Might want to be doing this type of...

High refresh is why I bought a 9700kf, aio cooled 1080ti, and run at low quality settings. I do have to switch btw a 1080p 180hz tn panel, and a 165hz 1440p ips panel. Some games there's just a diff in feel. Granted I'm not chasing those last...

Looks fine, it'd probably have shaded the edges bc Tim will spread when you clamp down your cooler. What kind of cooler are you using?

It looks like a script we'd use to load a VM instance or scaling group to test auto scaling.
