    Where I work, they use Aspect phones for the employees, and to record all inbound/outbound calls they use Verint. Allows searching for calls by incoming or outgoing phone #, aspect phone ID #, etc. Hit me up if you have more questions

    They charge that much because their equipment backs it up. Why do you think all of the major designers swear by it and all those big companies use them? You get what you pay for. They are also one of the/if not THE only hosting provider with a dedicated website built strictly for the iPhone...

    When the service drops out, does the normal modem lights remain on or do they go off? I work for a cable company so we deal with coax lines instead of the tele lines, but it will still help. If the modem lights remain on, the wireless may be getting interference or just a shitty wireless...
