A guy who replied to that review said that software overclocking doesn't void your warranty.... fools. They also said that it can't be enforced.... which is easy, as all nVidia has to do is check what clockspeed the card was running at when it was fried, which is stored in the BIOS... fools.

It works out at 0.73% Sir Fragalot, while it may not sound like a lot, Im also sure it is more than nVidia expected to sell with their SLI technology.
