That's not how it works - when you delete a file, the OS sees the area as space that you can now write over. The previous information is there until it's erased by new data.

I think it's just a by-product of home depot tubing, not PC related but the same tubing I used for a brake reservoir... which also became cloudy on the hoses when it was drained a month or two ago. I think it's just that material is easy to stain - opt for different hose
