I have this monitor, but cant help. Sadly, i dont have a real video card so i haven't been able to test out this monitor. Had it for like 1 month, but my 8800GT died and i haven't replaced it lol. I can only do 60hz @ 1920x1080.. maybe its the vid card?

I dont have a Hanns-G but a I-INC 28inch screen. Its the same as the Hanns G but a different name on the outside. My monitor powers on than the screen turns black. I already replaced the logic board and same problem. Not sure if i wanna buy another one of these .

Alright, i changed the cable from HDMI to the old standard. The flicker has went away for the most part, but the monitor screen goes BLACK and wont come back. I can turn the monitor on and off and the screen comes back, but then goes right back out :mad: Does this sound like a blacklight...
